The Administrative Coordinator will ensure the smooth operation and administrative functionality of the Talent Acquisition team. Success in this role will be accomplished through stellar and organized calendar scheduling and coordination, clear and effective communication with candidates and team members, organized and thoughtful updates on hiring trends, and collecting feedback from candidates. The Coordinator will also work closely with the Office Manager on office-focused responsibilities and the Events Manager to coordinate office happy hours, meetings, and other events.

*We are excited to transition back to our offices with a hybrid model starting early September 2021. This will require you to be able to work from our Columbus, OH office at least 2-3 days per week. Non-local candidates are encouraged to apply. We offer relocation assistance.
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Exposure to managing multiple busy schedules (i.e. being able to understand what can be moved and what can’t; the timing of meetings when booking teammates; etc.)
- Experience in planning meetings or events
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and ambiguity
- Strong appreciation for organization and details while having a client services mentality
- Welcoming and accommodating individual with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in G-Suite (including Google Calendars)
