Who We Are
Our People Operations department is vital to our company, culture, and expansion. Our Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams work to hire, retain, and develop our team members while our Accounting team oversees and manages our growing company’s financial operations. Collectively these teams foster an environment that helps our trees grow!
Our Accounting team is critical to the operation of our business and provides important insight into all of our decisions! Across our team we manage payroll and AR/AP, ensure financial law and regulation compliance, and reconcile expense reports and team member spending. A current breakdown of our team:
