- Experience working on complex software development projects
- Built a few Android apps (published is a plus!)
- Embraces new technologies (maybe you've heard of some of Square's open source efforts)
- Understanding of quality code and architecture
- Consistently meet deadlines, anticipate delays, and understand the need to escalate accordingly
- Knows that AOSP is the one true platform
Experience delivering code that is clean, idiomatic, tested and thoroughly documented.
Appreciation of an app that uses Material Design
Proactively solving problems without being asked is something you enjoy.
You actively seek better and more efficient ways to solve problems and are constantly honing skills.
Expertise providing considered, accurate estimation of time and effort around deliverables.
