They joined forces with WillowTree to design and develop a solution that would enable technicians to work faster at job locations and focus more on their customers.

Field technicians in all lines of business can use the ServiceTrade apps to deliver more jobs, report better information, review maps of their work and connect with customers. ServiceTrade allows technicians to access detailed job information, scan and upload paperwork from the field, add pictures and audio memos to status reports, and generally keep the office or dispatch informed, thereby improving productivity by reducing the need for status phone calls.
